Triangulo awarded $1.56M in BR-111 lawsuit

Floor Covering News recently learned a dispute that began in October  2008 between BR-111 and Triangulo, a private-label supplier of engineered wood, has been settled. On Jan. 5, a U.S. District judge ordered BR-111 to pay Triangulo Flooring and Panels nearly $1.56 million as part of an arbitration settlement reached in September 2010 as reported by Click here for entire story.
