Dalton—Tandus Centiva Powerbond and Modular products, in conjunction with proprietary adhesives and sundries, have demonstrated industry leading performance and durability over all types of surfaces for decades. In particular, thousands of Powerbond Cushion installations have performed exceptionally well and withstood the test of time over high moisture floors. Therefore, effective for shipments made on or after Sept. 1, Powerbond cushion installations utilizing #54 Seam Weld or C-XL Water Based Seam Sealer will no longer require moisture vapor emission rate (MVER) testing or relative humidity (RH) testing, provided no free liquids are present and no moisture stained concrete is evident. PH testing will be required for all Powerbond Cushion installations and must be 9.0 or less. In the event free liquids and/or moisture stained concrete are observed, a full assessment of the concrete substrate will be required per installation instructions.
