Santa Fe Springs, Calif.—Galleher, LLC has named Joe Walker the company’s new commercial sales manager. Walker, a 30-year veteran of the flooring industry, brings a wealth of experience to the position having spent most of his career in various leadership roles in the commercial business at Mannington Mills, Burke, Nox Corporation and Surfacelinx.

Walker’s new role reflects Galleher’s commitment to expanding its commercial flooring business, including an increased investment in inventory of commercial flooring offerings, subfloor solutions and sundries supported by a full line of installation tools and supplies, and an expanded sales and service team, the company said.

“Joe Walker joining our team could not come at a better time,” said Ted Kozikowski, president and chief executive officer. “His depth of experience and relationships in the industry will enhance Galleher’s expertise in a wide range of flooring segments, allowing us to better serve the needs of our commercial flooring customers. We are thrilled he will be joining and leading our commercial team.”

Walker will both oversee Galleher’s team of commerce sales reps who support markets and key industry segments throughout the western U.S. while working with the national sales team on expanding Galleher’s commercial footprint.

Walker said it is exciting to work with a company that is committed to aggressive growth. “It gives our team the chance to really distinguish ourselves from the rest of the market and become the true one-stop=shop for our customers’ commercial flooring needs.”
