Miami, Fla.—Happy Floors has named Elizabeth Haendiges as its new vice president of operations. She joins the company with a longstanding career in the tile industry that spans over three decades, most notably a 20-year tenure with Daltile.

In this newly developed role for Happy Floors, Haendiges will oversee the growth and development of all operations logistics, from imports to warehouse management. Following the wave of the company’s growth in 2020, it is increasing its footprint by opening a new West Coast distribution center. A project that will be spearheaded by Haendiges.

“We are thrilled to have Elizabeth as a part of the team here at Happy Floors,” said James Nowicki, CEO. “Especially as we work to increase our West Coast customer base. Her expertise in systems and best practices will bolster our advancement in not only California, but nationwide.”

A community-oriented efficiency expert from California, Haendiges said she credits the strength of her career to those she has worked with along the way. “My success throughout the years has all been thanks to the people I surround myself with,” she said. “I have been blessed with amazing teams that allowed me to continue pushing for excellence.”

Happy Floors is moving forward with new, further-reaching goals that will strengthen its relationship with its clientele. Known for its high-quality support, the customer service department will now report to Haendiges. Happy Floors said it has tapped the best candidate for all that may arise along the way as it continues onward and upward.
