“I am excited to be a part of this community,” Smith said. “I believe that it will add to my knowledge and experience base, which I can share with my local community, my company and my fellow human resource peers.”

Cathy Smith was vetted and selected by a review committee based on the depth and diversity of her experience. Criteria for acceptance include a track record of successfully impacting business growth metrics as well as personal and professional achievements and honors.
