November 7/14, 2016: Volume 31, Number 11

RM Web Calendar is the newest add-on to RollMaster software. This feature configures interactive information and integrated work processes between office, field and customer.

“The RM Web Calendar provides the ability for all parties: installers, salespeople, schedulers, [etc.,] to view the job from anywhere, at anytime and on any device,” said Kelly Oechslin, marketing coordinator. “If the installers are on the completed jobsite they can access the calendar and get the details for the next install they have scheduled. They can upload photos [of the finished project] and attach an invoice.”

This interactive program provides all-day access to past, present and future jobs. “By one having this ability, it helps to clarify between subcontractors and flooring companies,” Oechslin said. “When a scheduler is not tied to [his or her] desk, [he or she] can look at the schedule from [his or her] device based on the installer, installation type, day, week, month. The scheduler can see a summary and also line-by-line details of the job.”

The RM Web Calendar is a web-based program that can be viewed on any Internet connected device that is already paired with RollMaster software. The program also has a signature capture feature that allows the customer to sign the device for a completed job. Subcontractors are even able to provide electronic documents such as bids, proposals, invoices, etc.
