Jeffersonville, Ind.—Gilford Flooring and Johnson Wholesale Floors have merged, resulting in the creation of Gilford-Johnson Flooring.

Gilford Flooring and Johnson Wholesale Floors are leading regional business to business residential, commercial and architectural flooring wholesale distributors.

Blue Equity, the majority shareholder of Gilford, identified the potential synergies and led the transaction to merge the two companies.

“We are excited to bring these two historically successful companies together with their shared business philosophies and core values,” said said Jonathan Blue, chairman and managing director, Blue Equity.
