Chicago—The NeoCon team has started its call for presentations for its 2016 conferences: NeoCon, being held June 13-15 here, and NeoCon East, being held Nov. 9-10 in Philadelphia. Both shows are seeking authorities to share professional insight and knowledge with commercial and residential interior design, architecture and facility management professionals. The selected conference speakers will gain visibility in the industry and contribute to the advancement of the profession. Interested applicants are invited to submit seminar proposals for NeoCon by Oct. 15 and NeoCon East by April 15.
Programs should run for one hour including a brief question and answer session and should not consist of more than three speakers, including the moderator. Members of the Program Advisory Committee will evaluate all proposed seminars based on the following criteria: overall quality, relevance to the industry, well-defined focus within the program track structure, practical applications of material, timeliness of the topic and speaker qualifications. Industry manufacturers or vendors not exhibiting in the trade show are not eligible to speak or participate as a presenter.
