Dalton — The Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE) will hold its annual conference May 6-8 in Seattle.

The conference is designed for entrepreneurs, small business owners, recyclers, government stakeholders, manufacturers and others associated with carpet recycling. Keynote speaker David Crowe, chief economist at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)

, will talk about the national economy, and how it related to specifics of flooring and carpet.
