Vancouver, Wash.—  To accommodate the launch of its newly redesigned and updated e-newsletter, The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) today announced its e-newsletter title naming contest. Now through April 30, the IICRC would like to receive your name ideas for its official e-newsletter. The contest winner will receive a complimentary admittance to the upcoming International Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Council of Associations (IICRCA) conference and tradeshow.

“After much deliberation, we decided that the individuals best suited to identify the name for our e-newsletter were the people reading it,” said Hank Unck, chairman of the IICRC marketing committee. “We are open to any type of name pertaining to the Institute or the industry—funny, poignant or straightforward. Our hope is that a great title, coupled with great content, will help encourage people to subscribe to and read our bi-monthly updates.”
New features in the IICRC’s e-newsletter content includes facts about the carpet and restoration industry, profiles of IICRC registrants and Certified Firms and educational articles developed to help industry professionals improve their business processes. On a bi-monthly basis, the IICRC’s e-newsletter is distributed to more than 13,000 recipients in the cleaning and restoration industries.

The winning entry will be determined by a panel of judges consisting of representatives from the IICRC marketing committee and other Institute leaders.

To submit your e-newsletter name, please email your idea and contact information to Courtney Scharff at cscharff@mulberrymc.com by April 30. The winning name will appear in the May 2013 issue of the IICRC e-newsletter.
