HomeNewsInvista announces new lifetime warranty for Stainmaster

Kennesaw, Ga.— Invista Surfaces, a division of Invista Performance Surfaces & Materials and owner of the Stainmaster brand, is now offering a new lifetime* warranty on all Stainmaster carpets produced on or after July 1; it covers all food and beverage stains, soiling, static-shock and stains caused by pet urine.

The warranty enhancement is another step in Invista’s commitment to its Stainmaster  brand, to its aligned dealer network and a continued effort to meet consumers’ needs.

“We continually challenge ourselves to look for opportunities to improve upon our offerings to help create differentiated value for our customers,” said Steve Griffith, chief marketing officer, Invista Surfaces. “Our customers told us that they’d expect that a trusted brand like Stainmaster carpet would offer a lifetime* warranty, so we made it happen.”

“For more than 25 years, consumers have known that Stainmaster carpets are durable, easy to clean and offer thousands of color and style options” said Kirk Fagan, vice president, Wayne Wiles Floorcoverings in Ft. Myers, Fla., a long-time Stainmasterflooring center retailer. “Now with the news of a lifetime* warranty, this reaffirms the confidence consumers will have in choosing the Stainmaster brand — which is a benefit to all of us.”

*Invista defines lifetime carpet coverage as the life of the carpet, which begins on the date of the purchase. See limited warranty brochure for complete details at retail locations.
