Candidates of the W3 Awards are judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts consisting of influential media executives in a broad number of industries.  Receiving over 3,000 entries, the W3 Awards evaluates websites, web marketing, web video and mobile apps created by some of the best interactive agencies and designers, worldwide.  Websites are judged on the following factors: creativity, usability, navigation, functionality, visual design, and ease of use.
