TITUSVILLE, PENN.—HomerWood Premium Hardwood Floors has announced its participation in Surfaces 2012, and reserved booth No. S5977.

“Surfaces is a great stage for us to launch new products and connect with dealers and distributors.  Nowhere else can we reach so many key customers in a three day period,” explained Wendy Wescoat, marketing manager, HomerWood.  “It’s an important opportunity for distributors, dealers and manufacturers alike, to get very quick and concentrated updates on new ideas and best practices— a smart use of time for most flooring professionals .”

HomerWood has been extremely focused on creating the flooring styles and quality that meet and exceed customer expectations, and the company will capitalize on the opportunity at Surfaces 2012 to focus on products and programs aimed at helping dealers sell more and improve profitability.

HomerWood is the originator of true Character Grade premium hardwood flooring made in the U.S.A.  The floors are a subtle blend of carefully selected, high quality lumber grades including clear, select and common planks.  Crafted from the entire tree, no two floors are alike; nature makes sure that every plank is unique and appealing to the customer who seeks individuality.  Products include upscale, distinctive looks and textural details, including Character with Color and Smoked Specialties visuals as well as the trademarked Traditional Character and Amish Hand-Scraped collections. Together, the collections embody an array of unique floors, in both solid and engineered hardwood, in a wide variety of colors.

All HomerWood floors are compliant with CARB Phase II requirements for indoor air quality and meet the guidelines specified for the Lacey Act.  Its Titusville manufacturing plant also has received Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody certification.  HomerWood also was recently cited by ABC World News Tonight on its website as a resource for consumers looking for American-made home materials as part of the network’s “Made in America” series.

Surfaces 2012 will be held Jan. 23 to 26, at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.
