ATLANTA—The Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE) will be holding its 8th Annual Entrepreneur Meeting on Oct. 26. The meeting is tailored to address the needs of businesses collecting and processing post-consumer carpet, from veteran carpet recycler to someone considering starting a business that incorporates the reclamation of post-consumer carpet.

Back by popular demand, the CARE Market Forum will be on this year’s agenda. Each attendee will have the opportunity to share with the group materials that they have for sale, the materials they are looking to buy, services available and services sought. CARE will also host a session for those new to the industry on Oct. 25 at 4:00 pm EST. The items covered will be an over view of CARE and Carpet Recycling 101.

•Hotel reservation deadline is Oct. 4. CARE has reserved 70 hotel rooms to facilitate this year’s Entrepreneur Meeting. If you plan to attend please register for the meeting and make hotel reservations as soon as possible. An accurate count of attendees will help us during the preparation stage for this meeting. Reservations must be made by this date to receive the group rate.

•Registration fee for entrepreneur attendee is $100.
Carpet manufacturer attendee registration/sponsorship package is $1000. The Sponsorship Package Includes:

  • Corporate logo placement on CARE Entrepreneur Meeting website
  • Corporate logo placement on Entrepreneur Meeting Agenda
  • Corporate logo included in Sponsor’s Power Point for this meeting
  • Only one carpet manufacturer representative from each organization is permitted to attend the Entrepreneur Meeting.
