Washington—Contract Carpet Systems, a Carpet One dealer based in Beltsville, Md., donated more than $10,000 of Radici USA carpet to the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) headquarters here.

Contract Carpet is a full-service commercial flooring contractor and also operates as Contract Carpet One. The company just celebrated its 34th year in business and is owned by Kurt Zanelotti.

“I started in this business as a child working for my father, Anthony, our founder,” Zanelotti said. “We’re proud of our Italian her- itage and the role Italians have had building this country and the nation’s capital, in particular.
