MARIETTA, GA.,—Wool flooring will be front and center this November when Wools of New Zealand (WONZ) kicks off its Wool for a Better World promotion that includes benefits for consumers, retailers and suppliers. WONZ’ participating mill partners will offer

Premier Partner retailers at least 10% off wholesale prices for its branded products during the promotion, beginning Nov. 1.

“Wool for a Better World goes far beyond a sale event,” said Elise Demboski, executive director of North America for WONZ. “It is an exciting way for us to spread the news about wool’s beauty, health and safety benefits, while differentiating our retail partner showrooms that are committed to wool.”

Wools of New Zealand is also providing retailers with creative elements including print and Internet ads, posters, window decals and an event-specific website—woolforabetterworld.com. Donations will also be made to Shear Joy, a Heifer International program that provides sheep to needy families in developing countries.
