GRAPEVINE, TEX.—Corporate Floors, a commercial flooring services company based here with locations throughout the state, has acquired the assets of Dallas-based ReSource Flooring Group (not to be confused with the ReSource Commercial Flooring Network).

Corporate, a minority certified business, member of the StarNet Commercial Flooring Partnership and a MilliCare Textile and Carpet Care franchisee, is known for its commitment to customer service and industry-leading sustainability practices. It was listed as a 2009 Inc. magazine 5000 fastest growing company.

“ReSource Flooring is known for its high quality installation, floor care and SaniGlaze business, and close end-user relationships,” said Thomas Holland, president and CEO of Corporate. “Together, the combined company will offer more commercial flooring services to more customers than any other dealership in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.”

ReSource owner Burt Copeland will remain in charge of market development for the SaniGlaze franchise, which cleans, sanitizes and seals ceramic tile floors and grout. The majority of the Re- Source team will remain in their current positions and continue to service their existing customer base.

“ReSource has always been about service and doing what’s right for the customer,” Copeland said. “Corporate culture closely parallels these values and priorities, which is why this combination makes such great sense.”

The combined company will be headquartered at Corporate’s new 32,000-square-foot facility. One of the area’s largest full-service flooring dealers with in-house maintenance, recycling and installation, Corporate is the only Dallas-Fort Worth metro area company that recycles 100% of every job.

Through its partnership with American Forests, Corporate has planted more than 3,500 trees to date with American Forests’ ReLeaf Program. The company plants one tree for every ton of carpet diverted from landfills.
